  • Checks Autotask to see if the user already exists
  • Verifies Office 365 email availability and license status
  • Requests approval through our standard process
  • Creates the contact record in Autotask
  • Adds appropriate billing items
  • Creates the Office 365 mailbox and assigns licenses
  • Sets up the Active Directory account with proper group memberships
  • Documents everything in IT Glue
  • Adds the user to our GlassHive onboarding sequence
  • Notifies the requester with secure password delivery

What used to take 3 hours now takes about 15 minutes, with consistent results every time.
